We had a lovely stay at this spacious, cosy property nestled in such beautiful surroundings. The log fire warmed the lounge quickly, which was perfect for chilly evenings. The kitchen was well stocked, making cooking a breeze. We did notice the creaky floorboards near the stepsand some anti-trip markings might be a good idea. Still, the overall experience was fantasticand we'll definitely come back. Cheers for a great break!

We stayed at this lovely house and it really did impress us. The place looks beautifuland the peaceful surroundings made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were a group of four adults plus a babyand all the facilities were spot on-everything we needed was right there. The house was warm, cosyand very clean. There are a couple of supermarkets about ten minutes driveand Annan has plenty of restaurants, pubsand takeaways. We used it as a base for trips to Glasgow and Edinburghand it worked perfectly. Had a really lovely time, thanks!

It had everything we needed, even for those rainy days (which we had quite a few). The four of us, plus the dogs, were in our element - plenty of space for everyone. The location is stunning, with woods and a lake nearby to explore. We're already planning to come back next year, for sure!

We definitely recommend Kinmount Gardens for a luxury holiday that's super comfortable. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the lovely bedding and the cosiness of the beds to the building's temperature. It was so quiet and peaceful that we actually struggled to leave the property sometimes. The kids adored the hot tub and pool tableand to be honest, so did the adults!
