Venture inside your new holiday abode to discover a well-appointed kitchen and dining, where the chef of the group can prepare delicious meals using the Rayburn cooker, electric oven and hob as well as the microwave.Adjacent to this, you will find a handy utility room housing a washing machine, perfect for those longer stays when you lose track of time in the holiday atmosphere. The dining room, with seating for six people, is the ideal spot for enjoying meals together, its decorative fireplace adding a touch of character to the room.After dinner, retire to the sitting room, where you can sink into one of the two inviting sofas or two comfortable armchairs and let the warmth from the woodburning stove, set against fabulous exposed stonework, envelop you as you plan the next day's adventures. A convenient cloakroom with a basin and WC completes the ground floor layout. Step outside to the enclosed garden patio, where you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining at the picnic benches, surrounded by beautiful flowerbeds, wander the paths leading to the lawned areas, or sit by the pond and soak up the calmness of your surroundings.Finally, retreat to the sun room, furnished with five chairs, where you can enjoy a quiet moment with a good book, looking out onto the night time sky. When you're ready to retire for the night, find three well-presented bedrooms awaiting you.The first is a double room, which can be made into a twin on request, boasting an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail.The remaining two bedrooms are twins, which can also be made into doubles on request, ensuring flexible sleeping arrangements for all.Serving these rooms is a sleek bathroom, fitted with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, where you can enjoy a chilled soak after a day of exploration.
