Cosiness has been maintained throughout, with appealing features including the wood burner in the lounge, setting this space apart for cold weather getaways. The lounge is the first space that greets you as you step inside, complete with comfortable seating options positioned opposite a Smart TV and the warming fire. Spend slow mornings and restful nights with your feet up in here. Step through into the kitchen/diner, where modern fixtures and fittings create an opportune spot for rustling up something delicious. Also on the ground floor, discover additional facilities in the downstairs WC and the utility room with laundry amenities. Take the stairs up to the first floor and admire the sea views from bedroom windows. This storey boasts two bedrooms, a cosy snug spot and an invigorating family bathroom. The bedrooms are laid out as one double and one twin, although the twin can be made up as a super-king-size on request. Catch the last of the day’s sunshine out in the garden, a large, lawned area that’s entirely enclosed. It features a patio space with furniture and a BBQ, perfect for summer nights.
